Privacy
Your data.
Handled with care.
Who is responsible?
Ali's Services en Security, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 94234434, is responsible for the personal data processed for its own services. Contact: Ali Eid, Amsterdam area. Privacy questions can be sent to a.eid7801@gmail.com.
What data, and why?
Business contact may involve your name, organisation, email address and practical assignment details, such as the service, date, time and location. These details are used to answer your enquiry, arrange an assignment and carry out the agreed work.
Depending on the context, the legal basis is preparing or performing a contract, a legal obligation to maintain records, or a legitimate interest in business communication and careful complaint handling. Your privacy interests are taken into account. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
The enquiry helper
The enquiry helper prepares an email in your browser. Your entries are not sent to a web server or saved by the website in cookies or local storage. Only when you send the email yourself will the data be processed by your email provider and the receiving email provider.
Do not enter client details, case information, medical or legal particulars, or confidential interpreting notes. A suitable way of exchanging any necessary substantive information will be agreed separately.
Website, cookies and providers
The website does not use its own tracking cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social media. Fonts and images are served from the website itself. No cookie consent banner has therefore been included for this implementation.
The website is hosted by Netlify. To deliver and secure web traffic, the host may process technical data such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information. Business email is received through Google (Gmail). Their processing and retention also depend on their own terms and privacy policies.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Details of their international processing and safeguards can be found in the Netlify privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Data is not sold. Other recipients only receive data when needed for an assignment, a legal obligation or the careful handling of a complaint.
How long is data retained?
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are normally deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Assignment and administrative records are kept for applicable statutory periods; core tax records are generally retained for seven years.
Complaint records are retained for at least 2 years after closure. After that, any legal, tax or contractual need for further retention is reviewed. Without such a need, the records are deleted. Unnecessary data is also limited or removed earlier where possible.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Where applicable, you may also request restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact a.eid7801@gmail.com. Requests are normally answered within one month; you will be informed if an extension is needed.
Your identity may be verified in a way proportionate to the request. Do not send an unsolicited copy of your identity document. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
